dashboard display user timeout override
We have several ( hundreds of ) dashboards which show pertinent data to the relevant teams here. Each set of teams sit in separate areas, and they all need to see their dashboards. As such, we have set up dashboard stations ( computers with a bunch of screens attached ) so they can put all their dashboards in their own areas on a specific wall etc.. The only portal which is timing out is the LogicMonitor portal. Is there any way to override a specific account to not be bound by the portal settings for idle logons? We need to keep our. timeout settings as 4 hrs for all other users, but these specific screens need to remain forever not being logged out ( as much as is possible ) Is it possible to have a per-account override for “user session timeout” ?76Views7likes2CommentsFeature request - Add suppression type to the alert list widget
I had a case with Logicmonitor support where I asked if it was possible to filter away alerts that fall under a cluster alert. Here I got the suggestion to use routing state but this does not give anyvalue on a cluster alert. The support engineer looked further into it. "I have tested this further and unfortunately using the routingstate filter is not going to work here as this relates to suppressed by Root Cause Analysis. I'm afraid I'm not seeing an alternative way to removed suppressed alerts from the alerts dashboard widget” So my suggestion is to add suppression type to the filter of the alert list widget.46Views19likes0CommentsLM Dashboards filter by property
LogicMonitor dashboards are powerful, especially with tokens. One huge/valuable addition (especially for a Managed Service Provider)would be a token to filter for specific instance group. IE a token for #defaultinstancegroup#. You can go into an instance today and clone a graph and it will show it’s setup for the instance group, but you can’t edit that or use that across a dashboard or create a widget by instance group. Similarly, would be great to have a token that could filter a dashboard by property; ie default resource pool.82Views17likes2CommentsWeather Layer Add for Maps Widget
Hello, We would like to see you add a weather layer to the maps widget. The main reason for the request is to see if any weather systems could be impacting our customers remote sites. 1. If a circuit is down, could it be due to weather in the area? This will help us better react and provide customers direction when dealing with carriers. 2. Monitor popular DC/COLO areas of the US, are there any weather systems in the area which could be impacting service? Thanks, Mitch15Views0likes2Comments
