Feature Request: Alerts Clear Customization
It would be a great feature to allow customization when alerts clear in the Manage Alert Rules. Currently its off or on. Currently our escalation chain includes a phone call for Critical alerts as well as an integration with our ticketing system on Stage 1. When that alert clears, we still want the clear alert to go to our integration, but we don't want to trigger a phone call.Feature Request: Modules for Cisco ISE Data Connect
Since upgrading to Cisco ISE 3.2 there has been a new feature added called "Data Connect" According to Cisco, "The Data Connect feature provides direct access to the Cisco Identity Services Engine (Cisco ISE) database so that you can query Cisco ISE data and create your own reports. You only have read-only access to the data. The Data Connect feature is supported from Cisco ISE Release 3.2." "You can extract any configuration or operational data about your network depending on your business requirement and use it to generate insightful reports and dashboards." https://developer.cisco.com/docs/dataconnect/ I know that LogicMonitor can collect data via JDBC and i think this would be a huge benefit to those wanting to monitor their ISE environment that are on version 3.2+
Azure Automation Account Runbook job status
We are trying to monitor the Runbook status of different Azure Automation Accounts. For example we would like to receive any alerts, when a job status is "Failed" instead of "completed". With the current Azure Automation Account module there are only metrics for the job count and nothing about the status of the job itself.
Scale Computing HyperCore modules
With more and more customers looking to switch from VMware to Scale Computing HyperCore due to increased licence costs, it would be good if there were modules directly setup to cover collecting metrics e.g. Datasource, ConfigSource, PropertySource etc I'm sure the industry is going to be moving at large scale from VMware to Scale Computing HyperCore so it would be good to get this on the LogicMonitor radar. Add “Low” and “Informational” Severity Levels to Alignment with ITIL Framework
In an MSP environment, it's important to align the monitoring system severity levels with that of the ticketing system. Please consider adding the following severity levels: Low – For alerts that indicate minor issues or early signs of potential degradation, which do not yet require immediate action. Informational – For non-actionable alerts such as status updates, successful job completions, or environmental observations.
Feature request: SDT timings similar to Patch Tuesday schedules in Azure
Basically within azure you can schedule patches for the second Tuesday of the month +n days so you can apply patches the Thursday after patch Tuesday, which doesn’t necessarily fall on the second Thursday of the month, Take the current month as an example, the second Thursday falls before patch Tuesday Would love a feature option with SDT to accomplish this for more automation instead of having to set up an SDT for patching every month.
Dashboard Interlinking
Hi Team,<br><br> Is there a feature available to interlink dashboards? As per our requirement, when clicking on a device in the dashboard, it currently redirects to the resource tree info page. However, we need it to redirect to the graphs page instead.<br><br> If this isn't feasible, our alternative is to redirect to a new dashboard, passing the device name as a token.<br><br> Regards,<br> Sreekanth
Alert Exports : Please add export to CSV option
From the Alerts Option, I can build my custom alert (filtered on Datasource, group etc). Select the time period. Then.... I need to take a screenshot to send it to someone. Or start the work again with an Alert Report. Can we get an export to csv/pdf option?
