For Linux Deployments, there are a few possible causes of failure, but so far as an inability to start the watchdog service, this may be the result of SELinux, you may wish to temporarily set permissive mode if SELinux is enabled and check the logs to verify whether it’s blocking actions from the Collector: https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/collectors/collector-troubleshooting/troubleshooting-linux-collectors

You’ll also want to be sure you’re installing to a supported OS if you haven’t already: https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/collectors/collector-installation/installing-collectors#requirements-for-collector-servers

If neither of these serve to resolve the issue, I’d recommend opening a support case so LogicMonitor may investigate further.

@thangaduraibp&nbsp;can you try to check if there is any blocking at firewall or else for the watchdog service, then you can try to see re-install colllector. if you still having this issue, could you please log the ticket to the LM support and let us know the logs from your host where the collector you are trying to install.
