Get added devices from a certain month

Hi Community

Since 2 months our invoice is going above our contractual amount of devices. I want to have a list of the devices that are added in a specific month (for example October). Following the invoice of October we had 800+ devices added. I have contacted support, who told me to contact my CSM, who told me to contact the community, so here I am.

Things I have done so far:

  • check the audit logs and filter on "added resource" --> gives only 44 logs
  • check the audit logs and filter on "added device" --> gives only 159 logs

Does anybody have an idea on how I can see which devices are added in October?

    There is a system.resourceCreatedOn property on all devices, which will give you the date it was added.  You could create an Inventory Report, include that field and then sort the results by that column to give you the list in order of when devices were added.

    I've just logged on to check this myself and there seems to have been a UI update... The "Info" page is now paginate (which I think is unnecessary really) but most of all the dates are now in epoch time I think. :\

    Thank you for the response. This helps indeed for devices that are now in our environment. Is there a way to see historical data/devices? So devices that were added in October and already have been deleted? The reason why I asked is that I only see 115 devices with resourceCreatedOn property having oct 2025 as date..
