Yes I had the same idea with rate limit but we would never want a slew of alerts come in and then some make it to the team and some get thrown away so that was a definite no go. Hello, I have a list of 600+ devices to get into LM that would all have diff collectors assigned. I have all the info in a spreadsheet but when I go to the CSV import option in LM to add devices it requires me to select a collector. We are sometimes seeing “-2” as the ##EXTERNALTICKETID## when sending alerts to ServiceNow. When this happens and the alert clears it is not auto-closing the ticket in SNOW. Has anyone seen this or have any idea how to fix this. HI there, wanted to see if anyone has successfully gotten Avamar monitored in their environment? I am having issues and there’s not much info out there for troubleshooting. I installed a Linux collector and installed the Avamar MCCLI on it but I still am not seeing the data sources working like they should. Any advice is welcome. Hey there, I have over 100 Global Data Source’s Data Points that I need to change the name and threshold and was curious if this is possible with the API? So far, I have been able to grab all the Data Sources and drill into their Data Points, however, I do not see the option to POST, PUT, or PATCH this endpoint. Any help is welcome!
