Hi, any chance on getting an update to this, or ideally have it rolled into supported core platform datasources? I've just installed and tested and there appear to be issues with all of our (we're an MSP) NetApp customers (either in discovery or when polling datapoints). Functionality is covering a gap in ONTAP monitoring that's definitely needed (the core quota DS that's available only covers status monitoring, not limits). We have a number of customers who use quotas and some who require reporting around this. NetApp's own tooling (Sys Man, Unified Manager, etc.) allows for monitoring and reporting of these datapoints, so this is currently covered via those. Moving away from relying on such tooling for service delivery (they are on-prem & single tenancy, so not great for MSPs) was a key factor in choosing LM, so having this functionality would be helpful in moving away from reliance on the MSP-unfriendly vendor tooling.17Views0likes0CommentsTicketing Integration (we use AutoTask) - manually trigger integration from alerts
We only automate ticket creation for critical alerts in order to minimise noise in AutoTask. We do raise tickets for errors and warnings but this is done manually after the alerts have been parsed by an engineer, so it would be nice to have the ability to manually trigger the integration to automate ticket creation from within an alert to help speed up this process.14Views0likes0CommentsDevice/Instance properties in Alerts and Dashboard table widgets
In Dashboard table widgets it would be useful to be able to add columns containing device/resource and instance properties eg. to be able to add non-numeric identifiers for things such as location, OS version, hostnames, etc. Similarly, this would also be useful in Alerts, as it would allow the ability to group and parse devices by non-numeric properties.13Views2likes0Comments
