Ticketing Integration (we use AutoTask) - manually trigger integration from alerts

We only automate ticket creation for critical alerts in order to minimise noise in AutoTask. We do raise tickets for errors and warnings but this is done manually after the alerts have been parsed by an engineer, so it would be nice to have the ability to manually trigger the integration to automate ticket creation from within an alert to help speed up this process.
