New Alert UI - multiple ACK
Hi all. I searched but haven't found an answer. In the new Alerts UI the "Add ACK" seems to be missing (at least for me). I've tried Firefox 83.0 (64-bit) and Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Win10). The documentation shows it - https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/alerts/about-alerts/alerts-page-overview/#multiple If I view the alerts in the old UI, there is still the option to check several alerts and click the Acknowledge button. We are an MSP and would like to show our logo at the bottom of the browser (rather than the LogicMonitor logo). Additionally, at the top of the browser we would like to show our customer's logo. It would be great to have these options for customizing the user experience. Thanks!7Views1like1Comment
