Logo options

We are an MSP and would like to show our logo at the bottom of the browser (rather than the LogicMonitor logo).

Additionally, at the top of the browser we would like to show our customer's logo.

It would be great to have these options for customizing the user experience.

    An option to hide the footer completely and reclaim this space for dashboard widgets would also be welcome.
