Hi
We have integrated Logicmonitor with Servicenow and want to send two user creaed fields in servicenow to be updated when an Incident is created,so I have created them as custom properties and defined it in the payload for Active Incidents.I see that in the servicenow Payload but when the Incident is getting created it is not getting populated,when we are pasting the Payload in servicenow Exporter manually it is working.
We had to create a servicenow ransform map as these are custom fields and not out of the box fields o be updated in the incident form.
