We are planned to utilize LM for azure Paas and IaaS monitoring. If someone helps to know what can be achievable in LM and limitations that would be great help .

This does give you an overview of what we have support for in the three Cloud providers we currently support in the event that you are looking for coverage in more than just Azure.
This one goes over how to add your Azure environment into LogicMonitor:
Finally, this one goes over how to create custom DataSources for Azure monitoring. This is something that would only be needed if the specific metric you are looking for monitor is not present on our LogicModules.
