New UI - Resource Group refresh issues

In the old UI, you can close a Resource Group and re-open it to refresh the Resources within the Resource Group.  This no longer works.

For power LogicMonitor users', this is a regression and should be fixed.  For other users, a "Refresh" button is ALSO needed, so that they don't have to "Hit F5", losing their current scroll position, tab selection etc.

    I am told this is a known behaviour in UIv4.

    The underlying API (/survey) requires a page refresh in order to show the updated data in the tree. Only when the API is called, will the new data be fetched and rendered on the screen.

      Didn't it used to autorefresh the tree? That was one of the goals of UIv4 was to update the tree without the user having to do anything?

    "Known behaviour"

    Is that code for "a bug that we know about and aren't going to fix?"

    It's an obvious and heinous regression.  Please ask product to fix it.

      Probably not as bad as that. Known behavior and working as designed are not usually interchangeable.
