New UI - Resource Group refresh issues

Hi David_Bond

I am told this is a known behaviour in UIv4.

The underlying API (/survey) requires a page refresh in order to show the updated data in the tree. Only when the API is called, will the new data be fetched and rendered on the screen.

    Didn't it used to autorefresh the tree? That was one of the goals of UIv4 was to update the tree without the user having to do anything?
