If you are getting no data on all the datapoints for any particular instance, that’s a problem.

If you get no data for a single datapoint, that means there are no incidents for that service in that state. If you want to convert them to 0’s you can pull down the new definition i just pushed to github. It renames the original datapoints as *_raw and uses new complex datapoints to check if the value is missing and inserts the 0.
