I've attempted to upgrade our Windows based collectors and all are failing with the below error. I've looked over the directory permissions and don't see where it's being restricted. Any insight or advisement would be much appreciated.
Failed to write to directory=C:\Program Files\LogicMonitor\Agent\jre. Check directory and verify permissions.
ProfessorPerhaps getting blocked by antivirus or other security software? Might be worth checking the event logs on the windows server also.
Nothing in the server event logs of any errors nor Virus Protection interfering.
I've had this on a collector where the installation was on D:\ rather than C:\ - ended up just downloading and reinstalling the collector. I did log this with LM support in the past and they just said it doesn't like being on a drive other than C.
