Also, when I try to submit a ticket, I'm getting an error stating "We're sorry, there was an error submitting your Support Request. Please try again.
I've tried multiple times and can't get it to go through. The error is useless since it doesn't tell me if I'm doing something wrong or what the problem might be.

So, it looks like the "Support" link at the top of my LM screen has reverted to the Old functionality where it pops open the side panel. Nothing on that screen seems to work. If I manually go to support.logicmonitor.com, I can get to the New site which seems to be working fine. Maybe something is just broken in the GUI?

That wouldn't be surprising.

The chat option is only available for Enhanced and Premier customers. You can check your support package with your CSM to confirm your current support level.
