Is the Chat option gone?

When I go to the Support area, I now only have options to Open a ticket or leave feedback.  Where did the chat option go?

So, it looks like the "Support" link at the top of my LM screen has reverted to the Old functionality where it pops open the side panel.  Nothing on that screen seems to work.  If I manually go to support.logicmonitor.com, I can get to the New site which seems to be working fine.  Maybe something is just broken in the GUI?

    That wouldn't be surprising.
