Collector upgrade issue - error desc- Failed to verify file C:Program Files (x86)LogicMonitorAgentlibLMPerfmon.dll. Check directory and verify permissions.

Hi All,

 while doing collector upgrade via console in windows machine recieved below error , can you please let us know how to proceed , one solution is remove LM collector S/W and the reinstall it , is there any other way 

Error desc -Failed to verify file C:\Program Files (x86)\LogicMonitor\Agent\lib\LMPerfmon.dll. Check directory and verify permissions.

    Are you running the installer as admin? Honestly, uninstalling the collector and reinstalling is probably the fastest way. Make sure to delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\LogicMonitor\ directory after uninstalling to make sure everything is cleared out.
