AWS Cloud Collector - ECS - Add ServiceName discovery options

Hi Joe- Thanks for the suggestion!  The default ECS DataSource can be customized to additionally use ServiceName as a dimension, but since we currently don't discover service information when we discover a cluster, that service dimension would have to be hardcoded in the DataSource (and you'd need a new DataSource per service).  It might make more sense for us to see if we could discover services as instances for a cluster - does that align with what you'd want to see?

Enabling Monitoring via Local Collector is available for EC2 only now.

Do you think it's possible and helpful to implement this feature for ECS as well?

Regarding ECS monitoring per service, a local Collector isn't required. We've added a DataSource in the past few months that discovers services as instances, more here: https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/lm-cloud/monitoring-lm-cloud/ecs/

Thanks, @Sarah Terry. I did notice the new datasource last week when I was migrating legacy Cloud integrations to LM Cloud. Definitely made me smile to retire my custom datasource .
