How to construct device tree URL?
Hi, I want to link directly to adevice in LogicMonitor from the CI page in our ServiceNow platform. I can use the API to get the device ID, but how I do construct the URL that we typically see when using the LogicMonitor UI? For example: https://account.logicmonitor.com/santaba/uiv3/device/index.jsp#tree/eyJ0IjoiZGciLCJpZCI6MjU0LCJlIjpbXSwicyI6IjI1NGczMjJkIn0%3DSolved3Views0likes2CommentsAbility to clone device group & sub-groups
Please, for the love of all things good in the universe, add an option to clone a device group and its sub-groups. The clone option should clone only the device group hierarchy and allproperties and collector preferences, but not any devices linked to the groups. We have a device group hierarchy that we use for some services, and each time we add a new service it would save a great deal of time if we could clone an existing hierarchy.3Views4likes0CommentsShow Device Groups on Map Widget
The Map Widget currently only displays map pins for devices (if I'm not mistaken). We would like the option to show device GROUPS instead. For example, given the device group structure shown in the attached image, we want to see ONLY pins for the devices groups Dubai and London. Under each device group we might have devices or further device group hierarchies, the severity of the map pin should be that of the device group. (I've tried addingthe 'location' property to the device groups, but the map widget doesn't show a pins for the groups.) We'd like to choose a starting group in the device tree, the map widget should then place a pin on the map for any child group with the 'location' property set.2Views0likes0CommentsCollector Debug Console
Please make the "go here" link in the "For more detailed troubleshooting recommendations,go here."message open in a new tab/window. If you accidentally click this it open in same window and we lose our command history! Add the debug help that appears on entering a debug console to the regularhelp content (if it's there I didn't find it) so that we can open the help panel and have the commands easily accessible from the Support Guide panel. The HTML version should be easier to read too. Finally, please add some blank lines between the built-in commands help to make it easier to read the green on black screen. HTML version in the Support Guide panel though, that's the way to go.1View1like1CommentUpdate notes for multiple alert at same time
There seems to be no way to apply the same alert note on multiple alerts using the UI. For example, if multiple interfaces are down for a device, we want to be able to set the same alert note in one go. It's only possible to do so at the moment if the alerts are not ack'ed, but we need to be able to update the notes at a later stage even after they have been ack'ed.1View1like0Comments
