Ability to clone device group & sub-groups
Please, for the love of all things good in the universe, add an option to clone a device group and its sub-groups. The clone option should clone only the device group hierarchy and allproperties and collector preferences, but not any devices linked to the groups. We have a device group hierarchy that we use for some services, and each time we add a new service it would save a great deal of time if we could clone an existing hierarchy.17Views4likes0CommentsRadical Suggestion for Web Sites
Rather than have Websites as separate section in the product with a separate hierarchy to manage;how about making all of the Websites stuff part of the Device Tree and rename the Devices section to something that covers both. Then if I want to add a website or service check I simply do it against the "group". This way I wouldn't have to maintain two hierarchies of business services. What do other folks think of this?0Views3likes6CommentsAlert Tuning - Add an instance level No Data option
Please add the option to alert on "no data" condition to the instance level Alert Tuning configuration dialog. We don't want to generate "no data" alerts for everything and we don't want to split the data sources (extra maintenance when updating), so it would be easier to have this as a instance level override.1View3likes0CommentsDashboard local times
We urgently need a way for our regional operations teams to be able to see alert date times in local time. This a critical requirement as we are a global business and for people outside of the account timezone to be constantly trying to work out the local time of an alert is ridiculous.0Views3likes3CommentsCustomize severity colors
Please add a Settings option to allow users to set the colors for alert severities. This could be as simple as setting the CSS hex values/RGB values via a Settings UI. Reason is some people have color blindness and would prefer to select their own color values for severities.3Views3likes1CommentLog service announcements to central screen
I think that this request dove tails witha href="https://communities.logicmonitor.com/topic/1603-service-announcements-user-role-to-remove-access-to-them/" rel="">the request to ACL announcements to a rolebut can stand alone. I would like to have service announcements logged in a central location rather than just having the UI popup banner. Something like Settings --> Account Information --> Platform Messages This way as an MSP if I need to send any information to the user base when the information does relate to them there is the ability pull from an authoritative source. It will also be extremely helpful when you look at the pop up banner andsay to yourself that you need to write that information down and then never do and can't recall it when you need it. (Not that I have ever done that. Heard it from a friend)0Views2likes1CommentNOC Wdiget Enhancement
I would like to be able to use the NOC widget to navigate to other dashboards. Currently clicking a NOC widhet status block opens a window and takes the user to the device tree object bound to the NOC widget status block. I would like to have it so that click a NOC widget status block takes the user to another dashboard. For example, I have a group named "Network Services" and under this group I have child groups for different countries, "Networks UK", "Networks FR", "Networks DE", etc. I have a NOC widget which displays a block for each country (see attached). Each country will also have itsown dashboard. The intuitive actionmy users expectis to be able to click aNOC widget status block and be taken to the dashboard for their country.0Views2likes0CommentsDefault setting for new alert widget columns
I noticed today that the alert widget had defaulted to having Static Threshold and Dynamic Threshold set as enabled. This messed up our dashboard column widths and layouts and we had to go through and reconfigure them. Please, please, please do not default new columns to enabled. Newthings should be disabled by default.2Views1like0Comments
