LM Community Spotlight LM Customer of the Month Meet Joe Williams LM Community customer of the month! Helllo I am Joe Williams - I am the Senior Manager of Platform Operations at Presidio. I oversee the operation of our various tools, both internal and client facing. I took over our LogicMonitor portals a little over 5 years ago. I have written several DataSources (probably poorly) that are now used by hundreds. What do you love most about being a member of the LM community? What I love about the community is the fact we have so many different backgrounds and points of view that when you ask a question, you can generally get more than 1 answer as with LogicMonitor, there are always multiple ways of reaching your goal. I also love the differing opinions. Some of us, you could say, are more outspoken than others, but we always have a level head, and come to an understanding. I'm Sarah Luna - I joined LogicMonitor in March 2022 and serve as one of the product managers over Resources UIv4 and LM Intelligence. I've enjoyed being able to help deliver new features and learn more about our wonderful customers. Sarah is highly engaged in our Community, in addition to managing many different ongoing projects. She's one of the newer Sr PMs on the team and is always willing to learn about evolving customer needs. What do you love most about being a member of the LM community? I love hearing all the feedback and seeing everyone be engaged! My goal is to deliver features that better enable our customers to reach their business goals so it's great to read examples and see how different people are utilizing LogicMonitor. Hi - I'm David Bond, Director at Panoramic Data, LogicMonitor's long-standing, UK-based Technology Partner. I'm a .NET developer, and a member of the "Bondie Family", alongside my lovely wife Becky and our two wonderful daughters, Rachael and Amy.
