Avaya monitoring
wondering if anyone has created any custom datasources for Avaya specific monitoring. We need to monitor a large Avaya environment with multiple different type of Avaya servers/devices. OOTB in LM, there is just one DS that does generic cpu, disk, mem monitoring They do seem to have snmp support so we can create our own LogicModules but thought to check here first in case someone already created any DSs that they'd be able to share? I think you'd have to enable and configure SNMP under 'Devices > platform settings' as well in Cisco FMC and then add the firewall/Lina module of FTD separately in LogicMonitor using inside/outside IP of FTD. Late to the party (sorry, new to LM itself) but just wondering if any further consideration/progress was made on this feature request? I recently added a Cisco FMC trap in LM. And what would have been a single alarm in our old NMS has generated over 1100 alerts (so far).8Views3likes0Comments
