Make sure you provide screenshots and more details of the issue when raising the ticket. Thanks Re: system.properties value is not editable Hi @Udayaramya , That’s right. As I mentioned you can edit onlysystem.categories If you are not able to, this could be permission issue. You should raise a support ticket for these types of issues or on chat ( if available) Hope that helps Re: system.properties value is not editable Hi @Udayaramya , Not sure exactly which property you mean but with the exception of system.categories you are not able to edit others usually even in uiv3. See this doc:https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/devices/adding-managing-devices/device-properties#:~:text=the%20names%20of%20properties Hope that helps Re: I want to monitor Veritas NetBackup backup jobs. Hi Takahiro Ishihara, Thank you for promoting ! FYI, if you browse the LM repository/exchange and can’t find Veritas Netbackup, that would mean LM does not have any core datasource for Veritas. I don’t see it. You would need to custom create it then. You can also submit a feature request or speak to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to find out where it is in LM product developmentroadmap. Hope that helps Re: Resource Path API Request It’s not explicit on the UI itself, you will need to use develop tools on your browser. Here is an example: Re: Resource Path API Request Hi Manthena2020, I believe 77499 is the devicedatasources id. Here is our API swagger documentation for reference Hope that helps Re: What happened to chat support? Hi Kirby, In the first instance like this please contact your CSM ( Customer Success Manager). This might be because of a contract renewal (removing chat support) that has happened in your organisation. Your CSM will be able to tell you if there areany other reasons apart from that. Make sure you then also permanently delete it from theRecently Deleted folder. Here is the doc for that:https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/devices/adding-managing-devices/deleting-devices Removing a collector only removes the collector and will not delete the devices the collector is monitoring. Hope that helps Re: Feature request - new Aruba datasource - Aruba 6100 switches Himarkcwwade You could submit feedback through your LM portal Please follow these steps: Sign in to your LogicMonitor account in your LM portal Navigate to the ‘Support’ section Click ‘Contact Support’ Lastly, click ‘Feedback’ Provide a summary and descriptive message Click on ‘Submit’
