Hi, We haven't integrated Logic monitor with service now. But we do face the same issue. When the alert is repeated for the 2nd time in a week it gets acknowledged withthe previous one. Hi, I tried to pull alert dump for 2018. All I see is only 300000alert countevery month when generated a CSV alert report Is it restricted for only 30K entries because I am very sure that the alert count is beyond 30K for months in 2018. Can someone please advise with any solutions to get the complete alert dump for 2018. Thanks.3Views0likes1Comment
