Re: Logicmonitor Service - result Error 503 Backend fetch failed Resolved. Add to Header properties. User-Agent --> Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 Logicmonitor Service - result Error 503 Backend fetch failed The url works fine, but the LogicMonitor Service gives the following error. Any idea how I can resolve this issue? Well the devices in the ELB could be deleted and recycled at anytime if they become unhealthy. In this case they would spin up new instances. If the servers become unhealthy that is fine and new ones come online. However, I want to make sure that if no new instances come online I am notified of this? So, basically I want to monitor the ELB itself to verify there is at least one instance that is healthy after 45 minutes if they become unhealthy and are terminated. This is an AWS environment. Can this be done? and if so, how do I proceed? Exclude dead devices from Dashboard We remove dead devices from Logic Monitor after 3 days. Is there a way to exclude these dead devices from a dashboard? Re: Allow same Device Names (different groups) We have the same problem with multiple devices with the same name. What we do is to add the last 3 chars of the AWS instance id to the end. See attached jpg. However with this we cannot link the ec2 instance to logic monitor device to view the combined graph. Any suggestions? Re: Grouping collectors for performance increase We have a similar request. We have allocated two or more collectors per collector group depending on the number of devices that are monitored. We need a way to distribute the devices among the collectors in that group. Stop Device from being monitored temporarily Could we have an option in the device/manage screen to stop the device being monitored by all data sources? When this option is selected, the device will show with a different color. Using Rest API to download Windows Collector Has anybody downloaded a valid collector executable for windows using the rest API? I tried both python and powershell code to download, but the file downloaded cannot be executed. Logic Monitor Support has confirmed that this is a bug and they are working on it. Request #77831
