UIv4 DataSource editor - calm down dear! (the return)

Following on from this discussion...  Example graphs regenerate every frame in v210 while adjusting the horizontal splitter:

    Neat.
    I also see an issue if the browser window is make too short vertically in Firefox. Doesn't happen in v109, where instead the Settings button overlaps, so perhaps an attempt to fix that.

    Not the only website I see do that. It can get that short if you use Dev tools docked to the bottom of the browser like I do.
