How do I remove a datasource from a specific machine? a group of machines? without touching the original datasource which remains applied to the rest of the environment.

ProfessorYou can do this under Alert Tuning at the group level. There is no similar option for specific devices short of editing the applies to code.
AdvisorYeah, in our case we usually just create a dynamic group & select the devices in question. From there we just do what @mnagel said... by disabling the wanted DS on the 'Alert Tuning' tab.
