  • You should reach out to your rep on what is part of your subscription. I would expect that standard devices is part of all base subscriptions but I myself is not involved with our licensing. Are you having issues implementing it?

    Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me who our rep is and contact info for them?

    I am trying to determine if there is an additional cost with implementing and using it.

  • I don't work for LogicMonitor, just another customer like you. I guess you can reach out to whomever sold you access to LogicMonitor or open a support ticket.
