LM Service Insight

We have a training on that. In your portal, click on training, fill out the profile information and confirm the email address if it's your first time. When confirming the email address, make sure to open the link in the same browser where you have your current, active LM portal session.

Then just filter by "Service Insight" on the left hand side to see the course. It's free.
