ingest event data from LM to Mid Server

We are trying to ingest event data through MID server using "Logicmonitor Mid Push Connector"

Here is the default URL that we are using, http://<MID_Server_IP>:<MID_Web_Server_Port>/api/mid/em/inbound_event?Transform=TransformEvents_MidL...

However, if we use the MID servers private IP we get an error "URL is black listed cannot add integration", also tried with MID server public IP with no success.

Has anyone successfully managed to push events or time-series data using Logicmonitor Mid Push Connector or any other push/pull connector? Appreciate any guidance. Thanks
