3 days ago... the "Open a support ticket" has gotten worse... had to argue with the AI bot for about 5 minutes to get a ticket open... it's getting worse.
LM support used to be first in class. I ranked it up with Apple support for the longest time. The shift away from direct chat with internal staff tanked my opinion there.
This is a huge opportunity for improvement. Growing pains, but you've been through it before and made good on your reputation as the gold standard in application vendors in most other places for me. This one needs work.
