I've brought this up to our account rep as well... I don't need the bot to search the KB for me... I can do that bit. So I just use it to "Open a Support ticket"... apparently, "Talk to an Engineer" may help get to a human as well... but as a search front end for the KB... It's ok at finding pertinent articles.

When they first switched to the new support site there was the ability to just create a ticket, type in all of the information and submit. Sure not as easy as the built in chat support right in the LM portal, but it was something. Now you have to try to convince an AI chatbot that you actually have a problem and need a ticket... Like I took the time to log into a whole different website, pretty sure its something not covered by a KB.
