Bug Report: Editing Alert Rules broken

To reproduce:

1. Create an alert rule at priority 1 that ONLY filters on a resource property: "change.me" = "true", sending to NoEscalationChain
2. Edit it, and change the name of the filtered property to "i.am.changed", again with the value "true".
3. Observe that the UI message lets you know that the change has succeeded

Expected behaviour:

• Editing the Alert Rule again, the property name should be "i.am.changed"

Actual behaviour:

• The property name is still "change.me"
