Alert persisting falsely

This alert was present in the portal for some time, significantly after it should have cleared. It was saying the status of the interface was at value =  2 when the raw data tab was showing 1 for several hours. The alert clear interval was still set to clear immediately. As part of the trouble shooting I disabled alerts on this interface and re-enabled it, the alert didn't re-occur. Has this been encountered before?

    Hmm, I don't think I've run into that situation myself. I think the closest I've seen is a "stuck" alert due to the datapoint getting NaN after the alert. That might be worth reviewing with support to look at that specific situation.
