Adding Instance description in the alert for email notification

HI , We have a requirement to add the Instance description as Part of alert to be sent to Email but as instance description doesnot have a token available how can we add it to be part of the alert

The description of the instance in the alert, as defined by Active Discovery or as manually set on the Instances tab of the Resource page. If not available, “null” is returned.

When I said “not set” I meant empty.  The point is the unconditional token substitution system can not deal with different results (like an empty result) effectively.  Been an issue for years, just one more “lack of core system improvements” issue.
