Hey Kevin!  Would love to hear more about your experience. Would you want to set up some time to discuss?

We hosted a Product Power Hour last month with some great insight from our VP Product Management and expert trainer, and had some great 'ah-ha' moments from our attendees, as well as some really great feedback that our product team already has in motion.  You can check out the recap and recording here

      a. the old/grey UI is easy on the eyes

      b. the old/grey UI is easy to navigate

      c. the new UI is harder to navigate and perform actions

      d. I think this is too far gone for this to be reversed and we will need to live with it

      e. Nothing was wrong with the old UI, except maybe fix the performance issues if there was any. I never had any problems with it. I think it is a big misstep in the product. But, that's just me.

  • Some pages under the new UI are ok like Reports and Dashboards. But I agree that the Resources page is a huge downgrade compared to the old UI in terms of usability and "look and feel".

  • I haven't talked to anyone, even people at LM, who like the new UI.  It's just so bad.  It's slow.  It's bulky.  The resource tree looks bad because the indenting is off.  Having all the thing I can modify, only open in the bottom part of the screen is annoying.  Everything is small and moved around.  The only way people will start using it is if the old one gets disabled like LM did with the Modules section.

When I have someone who accidentally turns on the New UI, I get a support call asking what the heck I did to change LM and that they hate it.  I'm trying to force myself to use it and many times just change back to the old one because it's so much faster and easier.

No offense, but it's time to go back to the drawing board and start over.
