dashboard display user timeout override

We have several ( hundreds of ) dashboards which show pertinent data to the relevant teams here. Each set of teams sit in separate areas, and they all need to see their dashboards. As such, we have...

Strange ! I kept a session with "keep me signed in" last night and today when i checked it was logged out ! Our users are logged in via SSO...could that be a difference ?

That could easily be it. If SLO (Single Log Out) is enable. The idP will invalidate your session token and LogicMonitor will then invalidate your local session token.

You might need to utilize local accounts for this.
