Filter clause for frequency value to Alert Frequency report

Use case: Which alerts are occurring more than 100 times a month?

The Alert Frequency report can tell us this but it also all frequencies.  We want to filter for line items where the frequency is > n.  

(This would also reduce the CSV, HTML, PDF size.)
