2-way alerting for ConnectWise integration?

Is ConnectWise integration two ways? In other words when I close a ticket in ConnectWise does it clear the alert in Logic Monitor or vice versa?

When we see an alert clear in Logic Monitor instead of closing the ticket in ConnectWise it opens another ticket with the Clear messages and leaves the original alone.
