This is a private group specifically for customers who are a part of the Make Me Successful Customer Success model. This group of customers is supported by a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), in lieu of just one assigned CSM. This Community group will provide resources to understand in more depth how the program works, what types of engagements can be requested with CSMs, and serve as a forum for questions and feedback.
