Would you like to make the most our of your LogicMonitor portal but are not sure where to start? We’ve got you covered! We’ve compiled a list of some typical engagements that our customers work with our CSMs on to ensure they’re following best practices and getting the most out of the features available to them. Engagement Options: Training for New LM Users: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new users and administrators to lay the foundation for effective maintenance of the system. Portal Health Review: Be guided through some common indicators of portal health as it relates to major areas of the system including Collectors, Devices, LogicModules, Alert Settings, and User Access. Alerting Best Practices: Get more value out of your alerts by focusing on tuning noisy alerts, implementing dynamic thresholds, and tweaking escalation chains. Collectors & Devices Best Practices: Organize your collectors and devices more effectively by assigning a failover Collector, creating Auto-Balanced Collector groups, setting up appropriate escalation chains, and ensuring effective group structure of devices Dashboards & Reports Best Practices: More effectively utilize LM’s dashboard and reporting features in order to quickly and easily assess the state of your infrastructure. This Community group is where you can access information, ask questions, and get acquainted with the team of Customer Success Managers who will be supporting you. What is this program?: You are now supported by a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), in lieu of just one assigned CSM on your account. Why are we making this change?: The goal of this initiative is to ensure we are providing you with the hands-on support that you need in a timely manner.
