We launched our User Group Dinners, transforming networking from a transactional experience to a meaningful connection platform:

We took our product vision directly to our community, creating an unprecedented level of transparency and engagement. The Roadmap Roadshow allowed members to:

- Understand the 'why' behind our product evolution
LM Training | LIVE: Alert! Troubleshoot, and Fix it
Our most ambitious learning initiative to date:
- Hosted 6 sessions in 4 major cities
- Over 150 passionate professionals attended
- Interactive training sessions with live demos
- Bridged learning with in-person networking and use-case exchanges
- Face-to-face roundtable discussions with our product leaders

With all that has happened in the last year, we are stoked to see what’s coming in next year. Here are some key highlights to what’s to come in our LM Community | 2025.
LM Product Power Hour (Monthly Series)
Get ready for our most interactive knowledge-sharing initiative yet! Product Power Hour will be a monthly deep-dive session with co-hosts from our product leadership team where community members can:
- Hear the latest and greatest in our product innovation, one product area at a time
- Get real-time insights with live demos and best practices from industry leaders
- Participate in interactive Q&A and problem-solving exercises in real-time

International Friends: We will try to rotate to make some of these sessions as accessible as possible for our global audience, and will provide detailed recaps and recordings for those unable to attend.
