This October, the LM Community hosted the first of its kind - a 1-day immersive experience for practitioners to get hands-on experience in a variety of areas within our LogicMonitor Envision platform, have an AMA with our Product team, gain insights on our AI integration, and network with others in the industry! As we look back on LM Training | LIVE, we wanted to take a moment to extend our gratitude for your participation and contribution to making this experience a great success. Check out our recap of everything we were able to accomplish in our 6-day, 4-city series for 2024!

A Look at LM Training | LIVE

The recent LM Training | LIVE event was a comprehensive and engaging showcase of the latest capabilities and best practices as a LogicMonitor customer. This in-person event brought together over 150 attendees to delve into technical aspects of the LM Envision platform and explore innovative solutions for enhancing monitoring and incident management. Key topics included Alert Tuning, LM Logs, Service Insights, Edwin AI, and Dashboards and Reports. Attendees were able to showcase how they innovatively create executive dashboards during our Dashboard Exchange and how tools like Edwin AI would help strategically take their companies to the next level with our AI Use Case Exchange.

Our Favorite Moments

Alert Tuning & LM Logs: our trainers led an in-depth discussion on alert tuning and management. Participants learned about setting dynamic thresholds, customizing alert notes, and leveraging the powerful reporting features in LogicMonitor to identify and address noisy alerts. The team also delved into the benefits of using LM Logs for comprehensive troubleshooting and monitoring of system logs.

Service Insights: our trainers held a session on service insights, a powerful feature that allows users to group many different services into a single entity for monitoring. Participants were intrigued by the potential to align these service insights with their organizational structure, streamlining alert management and providing a more holistic view of system health.

Edwin AI: our AI team showcased the exciting potential of AI in operations. Attendees were introduced to the AI platform Edwin AI, which can significantly reduce alert noise and provide proactive insights to improve troubleshooting efficiency. The team also brainstormed on various use cases where AI could assist in their business operations, such as automating certificate expiration management.

Dashboard Exchange: attendees had the opportunity to share their expertly crafted executive dashboards and receive feedback from the group. This collaborative exchange fostered a sense of community and allowed everyone to learn from each other's experiences.
