How to construct device tree URL?
Hi, I want to link directly to a device in LogicMonitor from the CI page in our ServiceNow platform. I can use the API to get the device ID, but how I do construct the URL that we typically see when using the LogicMonitor UI? For example: https://account.logicmonitor.com/santaba/uiv3/device/index.jsp#tree/eyJ0IjoiZGciLCJpZCI6MjU0LCJlIjpbXSwicyI6IjI1NGczMjJkIn0%3DSolved50Views0likes2CommentsCollector Debug Console
Please make the "go here" link in the "For more detailed troubleshooting recommendations, go here." message open in a new tab/window. If you accidentally click this it open in same window and we lose our command history! Add the debug help that appears on entering a debug console to the regular help content (if it's there I didn't find it) so that we can open the help panel and have the commands easily accessible from the Support Guide panel. The HTML version should be easier to read too. Finally, please add some blank lines between the built-in commands help to make it easier to read the green on black screen. HTML version in the Support Guide panel though, that's the way to go.43Views1like1CommentAbility to clone device group & sub-groups
Please, for the love of all things good in the universe, add an option to clone a device group and its sub-groups. The clone option should clone only the device group hierarchy and all properties and collector preferences, but not any devices linked to the groups. We have a device group hierarchy that we use for some services, and each time we add a new service it would save a great deal of time if we could clone an existing hierarchy.37Views4likes0CommentsRadical Suggestion for Web Sites
Rather than have Websites as separate section in the product with a separate hierarchy to manage; how about making all of the Websites stuff part of the Device Tree and rename the Devices section to something that covers both. Then if I want to add a website or service check I simply do it against the "group". This way I wouldn't have to maintain two hierarchies of business services. What do other folks think of this?27Views3likes6CommentsLMConfig View Config rights
Currently, users need Manage rights to access the Config view. We need our junior sys admins to be able to view configurations without having the Manage rights. Please add a View only right for Config. The View Config right should only allow viewing of already collected configurations, but not permit Collect Now.26Views0likes1CommentHidden device group memberships
Please add an option on group objects to hide the group from being vivisble in the Alert widget's Group column. Please see attached screen cap. I have some devices which are members of two device groups. One group (Interoute) is the business service, the other (Routers Primary) is used purely to gather all devices of a type together to run a report against. I don't want the Routers Primary group to be visible in the Alert widget Group column. A checkbox on the group object to hide from widgets would be ideal.24Views0likes2Comments
