Web Service Monitoring Response Time Graphed by Step
Hi Would it be possible to get web service response recorded and graphable by step as well as having the overall figure? We have a number of service monitors that, whist an graphing them, an overview figure is useful, it would be very useful to also know the response time from each step incase it is a particular step of the service monitor service that is slow. Alert messages for services lack the ability to insert a token which would include the step. Currently, it's only possible to insert the root url, but when checking multiple web services, the "step" is critical in identifying the issue. As a workaround, I've named the service the full path to the web service and while that works, it renders them illegible in service view.2Views0likes0Comments##STEP## variable in service alert templates
We would like to see a ##STEP## variable in the template. It is difficult to determine which part of the site is down by reading the email alert. Current variables in Services Overall Alert template are: Subject ##LEVEL## - ##SERVICE## gets ##VALUE## in ##CHECKPOINT## since ##START## Body Service: ##SERVICE## Checkpoint: ##CHECKPOINT## Description: ##DETAIL## There is the ##URL## variable but it only reflects the main page, not any of the steps.0Views0likes0Comments
