I am looking for a report of the time each users is spending the Logic Monitor Portal.I know it exists as I am receiving it from LM once a month but it is limited to the TOP 10 I need one for all the users existing in the settings...
Is it a standard report?

The report you are getting is available in the back end. Ask your CSM. Not sure if they can provide more than top-10.

Definitely not a standard report. This would be a custom report even if at all its possible to get the time spent by a user in the portal. If users don't explicitly log out and get timed out by the portal setting... whether they were "active" or not close to impossible to say.
I am guessing the report you are receiving might be a professional team implementation. Standard reports gives only Last Login date and Last Action Date
