Confirmed here as well.
I created a test role and started with just SDT privileges and worked my way up. Even with full manage, the SDT button doesn’t appear.

We recently fixed this issue where a user who had SDT permissions were not able to see the icon in UIV4. This fix should be available in an upcoming release for the UIv4 beta (no date set just yet).
The schedule/clock icon should appear in the upper right hand corner when on any tab of the resource. Is it not there?
It is not in my test account. In my full admin account it is.
