Dexda works with ServiceNow (both CMDB and ITSM) for now. Other integrations would come later. Dexda leverages built-in ML-models for Alert de-dup and correlations. Those models are open and customizable. Additionally, it leverages NLP for summarization. Anyone in LM Community if interested please reach out to LM sales/CSM team for further details. Re: New UI Enhancements/ Feature Request CC: @Sarah Luna and @Daria Kempka Re: UIv4 Dark Mode Yes, we are doing a gap analysis of UIv4 for accessibility and will overtime fix the identified gaps. @Daria Kempka can comment further. Re: UIv4 Dark Mode @David Bond For UIv4 we are currently focused on getting parity and better experience compared to UIv3 and getting to GA. Dark Mode for UIv4 is currently not on our near term roadmap. If the situation changes we will post on the community. Re: Can you compare and contrast Dexda's capabilities with PagerDuty's alert grouping feature Dexda works quite differently than the workflow you described for PagerDuty. In Dexda Alerts are correlated together based on OOB or customer ML models into “Insights”. Insights can be manually or through pre-configured setting raised as “Incident” into ServiceNow. ML Models can be altered by the users to improve the model efficiency across any type of Alerts where these ML Models are applicable. Yes, there are rules and workflows on Insights that can be configured in Dexda. This is a summary of operations inside Dexda with more details available in the Dexda support docs. Re: Info and Overview resource tabs Yes, we have interesting ideas for the Info and Overview resource tabs. It will be great to schedule a UX session to understand the end-user perspectives on these ideas. CC: @Sarah Luna and @Daria Kempka Re: Event-driven ansible @Mark Hensler the Settings v4 roll-out happened without the full coordination of documentation. We are in the process of fixing it in the upcoming sprint. Re: Numbers wrong in Account Information? The various platform limits are described in this document https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/logicmonitor-limits-quotas-and-constraints Looks like there’s a possible issue in UIv4 related to this area. I am notifying the relevant product managers. Re: Salesforce SaaS Monitoring can be enabled either with Pro or Enterprise license. So, yes SFDC monitoring is available both under Pro and Enterprise packages.
