Autotask user defined fields - updating with ##eventid##
Is there a way to update user defined fields in autotask via http payload? Idea being is that I would like to reference the event ID in a udf for reporting. I have configured a LM report but it would be useful to update autotask udfs.36Views6likes0Comments
